The standard rate for translation is 12 cents per word. There are approximately 300 words to a standard page. A surcharge of 2 cents per word is made in the case of especially difficult texts and a surcharge of 2 cents per word is made in case of urgent delivery.
Substantial savings are available in the form of bulk discounts with advance payment as follows:

The above discounts are valid for one year from the date of receipt of the down payment.
The minimum number of pages shown in the left-hand column is the number of pages translated in a period of twelve months from the date of the down payment. There is no restriction on the number of pages translated at any one time or on the frequency of translations.
The last column shows the amount you save on the standard page rate of $36.00.
You are free to ask for translation of additional pages. These pages will be invoiced at the same rate as you have chosen for the initial minimum number of pages. However, you must fulfill your quota. No refund is due.
In the case of unusually difficult or technical texts or in the case of texts that are required urgently MagicTongue is the sole judge and reserves the right to increase the discount rates accordingly. Applicable surcharges as set out above will be added to the agreed discount rates.
You are encouraged whenever possible to send your text as an electronic document by email attachment. We shall return the finished translation to you by the same means. This method will greatly reduce the length of delivery periods.
If for some reason you are unable to use electronic transmission, we shall be happy to receive your material by regular mail or fax. In this case the delivery period will be considerably longer.
