All the SERVICE FEES listed below include a basic design charge of $150.00.

The SERVICE FEE covers all the COMMON FEATURES, including the cost leasing the server on which the domain is hosted, the initial domain name registration, and the design and maintenance of the site for one year. It does not include the OPTIONAL FEATURES.
The SERVICE FEE is payable in advance.
You can exceed the ceiling for the site you choose. Material in excess of the initially selected amount is invoiced quarterly at the page rate for the site concerned. For example, you start with a 20-page site and subsequently add material. Each additional page will cost $24.00 invoiced at the end of the quarter during which it is added.
You can pay for single pages without ordering a site. If you choose this option each page costs $30.00.
This number of pages is approximate, since the size of each page varies considerably as a function of the amount of textual and graphic material it contains. You decide how many pages you want at the outset.
There is no limit to the number of separate e-mail accounts that can be created. All accounts will take the form [user_name]@[domain_name].[ext]. Forwarding is also possible. Thus, email sent to [user_name]@[domain_name].[ext] can be forwarded to [user_name]@aol.com and will be delivered to that Inbox.
The items listed under this heading will be installed on the site at the express request of the client and will be invoiced separately at an agreed rate.
User access control can be installed on the site. A user name and password are required to access certain parts of the site. User names and passwords are issued to a selected group of people and access to the protected areas of the site is limited to that group.
Hit counters can be installed on the site. The maximum is one per page, but it may be decided to put fewer counters, for example, one on the home page only or one on certain selected pages. The accuracy of the count is relative, since the statistic shows visits to each page where the counter appears rather than discrete visits to the site. If a visitor returns several times to the home page, say, the counter figure will be incremented by one unit for each return visit. Detailed log files showing statistical and graphical information about the use of the site can also be supplied on request.
It is possible to include audio, animated and audio-visual material on the site.. It must be borne in mind that in some cases the size of multimedia files may have a noticeable impact on download time and disk space usage.
Database driven feature of the categories listed above can be installed.
The site can be designed to perform an e-commerce function.
